Refund Policy

We are sure you will love your By Giorni items as much as we do. But if for any reason an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order as long as they meet our requirements. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or process a refund to your original payment method.
Items must be returned with their original condition and packaging (tags attached) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
For hygiene reasons, socks, undergarments, hats, and accessories cannot be returned.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be unworn (tried on only), unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
- Must not be marked as final sale
- Must not include underwear, towels, socks or drink-ware.
Please note;
1. By Giorni has the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements. In this case, the items will be sent back to you and fees will be recovered.
2. If items are not returned in the same condition they were sent out, there will be a 20% reduction in store credit as a handling fee. E.g. if your returns are covered in dog/human hair, make-up stains etc.
3. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
4. According to ACCC we are not obligated to refund for a change of mind.
RETURN COST
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer; excluding cases in which products are confirmed to be faulty by our team.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact the By Giorni team within 48 hours of receiving the item. When contacting our customer team please provide your order number and images of the fault(s).
CUSTOMS IMPORT & DUTIES TAXES
By Giorni is not liable for any custom clearance fees or delays a customer may experience due to customs.
Custom costs are determined by your local customs office and is not within our control. Custom fees and import taxes and payable by the customer. If you are unsure of the costs you may incur when your parcel arrives in your country, be sure to contact your local customs office. We are unable to give any cost estimations.
Refused Duties & Taxes
If any applicable duties and taxes are not paid by the customer, the order will be returned to By Giorni. A refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, minus a return fee and any custom charges paid to receive your order.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIMES
Once your return has arrived at our Australian warehouse facility, please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If the return was for a faulty item(s) please allow an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.
