We take pride on our fast shipping within Australia, and on international orders. Please find below our shipping times and rates for Australian and international customers.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
In stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
For shipping within Australia, all orders are shipped via AUSTRALIA EXPRESS POST.
All New Zealand orders are shipped VIA DHL EXPRESS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. For metro areas, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive from date of shipment. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.
Please note: If you are not home to receive your order, or have not organised an alternative way to collect your package and it is returned back to us, we will notify you via email. If you wish to have your package re-sent, shipping costs will be payable by customer.
Express shipping on any order is $9.95 or receive free shipping on orders over $150.
Please note: GIORNI is not liable for lost parcels, or shipping delays. All Australian parcels are sent with reputable shipping couriers, if you have inquiries on a missing parcel, or your parcel has been delayed, please contact the shipping company we used to ship your parcel and provide them with your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL

International express shipping is a flat fee of $35 AUD or free shipping on orders over $350. (Due to the current restrictions, shipping fees are higher than average)

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
GIORNI is not liable for any custom clearance fees or delays a customer may experience due to customs.
Custom costs are determined by your local customs office and is out of our control. Custom fees and import taxes and payable by the customer. If you are unsure of the costs you may incur when your parcel arrives in your country, be sure to contact your local customs office. We are unable to give any cost estimations.
if a customer chooses to reject a parcel due to custom fees, the customer will be liable to pay any returned shipping costs.
